Terms and Conditions
Booking ProcedureTo secure the booking, a non-refundable deposit, equivalent to 50% of the total owing is required not later than 2 weeks after the date of the confirmation, or as requested by management. Full payment of the total owing is required for last minute bookings and last minute special offers.
TariffRates are quoted in SA Rand.
Rates include VAT at 14 %.
Cancellation PolicyIf a booking is cancelled, a percentage fee based on the tariff will be retained as follows:
• 25% cancellation fee if cancelled more than 21 days in advance
• 33% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 20 days in advance
• 50% cancellation fee if cancelled 10 days prior to arrival
• 100% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 9 days prior to arrival
• If account is to be settled direct and guaranteed by credit card, should there be a cancellation, the card will be debited according to the above policy.
Should the deposit not be received two weeks after today's date, or as specified, the booking will automatically be cancelled
