Child Policy

0 - 5 years old: accommodation and meals FREE of charge (per child) when sharing with adult(s).
06 - 12 years old: pay an extra person supplement fee (per child) when sharing with adult(s), and meals are charged at 50% discount.
13 - 18 years old: pay an extra person supplement fee (per child) when sharing with adult(s), and full price for meals.
When a child 13 - 18 years old is sharing with one adult; the per person sharing rate will be applicable for both persons.
Should children 13 - 18 years old require their own room, the single rate will be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

The full amount is required within 48 hours from booking in order to guarantee your reservation.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Should you choose not to guarantee your reservation, it may be released at anytime. The hotel will endeavor to contact you prior to releasing the reservation.

To secure your reservation, please ensure your deposit amount is paid to us by no later the within 48 hours from booking.

In the event of notification of cancellation, the following cancellation fee shall apply on the full booking:

100% is refundable should your reservation be canceled within 48 hours confirmation of reservation.
100% is non-refundable should your reservation be canceled more than 48 hours from confirmation of reservation.

From Barkly East Take the R396 direct to Rhodes upon reaching Rhodes, continue straight, and follow the signpost to Tenahead Mountain Lodge we are on the left. 33km from Rhodes. High clearance cars can drive up from Rhodes to the lodge, road permitting.

(Always check before you drive) - Inclement weather is beyond the control of Tenahead Mountain Lodge. Bad weather can cause closure of roads for a number of days and access to the lodge is prevented. The roads are not owned by Tenahead and we can therefore not be responsible for road closure as a result of bad weather/ heavy snowfalls.

 It is understood that any expenses in relation to these unscheduled extensions (eg. accommodation, meals, telephone calls etc.) will be for the guests account. No refunds will be given to inclement weather access. Transport from Rhodes to the lodge is available at R3.50 per km. Safe parking at Rhodes.
