To secure your booking we require a 50 % deposit to be paid prior to your arrival.
Deposit can be paid by credit card or by bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation between 4 and 30 days will result in 25 % of the total cost of the stay being withheld.
In the event of cancellation within 3 days of arrival, the total amount will be withheld.
In the event of premature departure we may charge for full extent of the stay, which was booked and confirmed.

Traveling on the N2 from Port Elizabeth

Approx 100 km west from Port Elizabeth you take the N330 to Humansdorp. Take this off-ramp and follow the road into Humansdorp. You will come to a stop street with 2 large palm trees and an Engen Garage opposite. Cross over, passing the garage on your left. Drive through the town to a T-junction. Turn left here and follow the road and signs to St. Francis Bay. When you get to St. Francis Bay, turn left and Thatchwood will be directly ahead of you.
