50% deposit is required or credit card details to be given when making a booking.

Cancellation Policy

During the high demand period over December / January and Easter DEPOSITS are NOT REFUNDABLE.

During the REST of the YEAR the following applies:

• Less than 1 day, forfeit 100% of the booking
• Less than 7 days, forfeit 100% of the deposit
• From 8 days to 14 days, forfeit 75% of the deposit
• From 15 days to 28 days, forfeit 50% of the deposit
• 29 days plus, a small cancellation fee may be charged

In the event of premature departure we will charge the full extent of the stay that has been booked.

Booked rooms can be let again if deposits are not received timeously. Rates are subject to change without notice if required deposits have not been received timeously.

Methods of Payment Accepted

Location   Main Road, Stilbaai, Western Cape

After travelling for approximately 26km on R305 you will see the Goukou River and Stillbay or Stilbaai. Approximately 600m before you reach the bridge into Stillbay (or Stilbaai) town turn right, and then follow a private path that leads you to The Anchorage. Drive passed the horses and horse stables to your right and the river to your left. For your check-in and during your stay please park your car between the garage and the grape wines.
