Cancellation Policy

Less than 7 days, forfeit 100% deposit.
From 8 - 14 days, forfeit 75% deposit.
From 15 - 21 days, forfeit 50% deposit.
From 21 - 28 days, forfeit 25% deposit.
29 days plus, a small cancellation fee may be charged.

From East London

Come into Port Alfred and continue over the (arched) Nico Malan Bridge. At the traffic lights turn left and continue straight up the steep hill to the stop street. Go straight until you reach a T-junction (with the sea ahead of you). Turn right into West Beach Drive and continue all the way along the front row of houses. You will then reach Kelly's Beach. Continue driving for 300m and you will see The Beach House, a well sign-posted large cream home with white decks. Please ring the gate and we will open for you.

From Port Elizabeth

Come into Port Alfred and continue down the hill to the traffic lights. At the traffic lights turn right and continue straight up the steep hill to the four-way stop street. Go straight until you reach a T-junction (with the sea ahead of you). Turn right into West Beach Drive and continue all the way along the front row of houses. You will then reach Kelly's Beach. Continue driving for 300m and you will see The Beach House, a well sign-posted large cream home with white decks. Please ring the gate and we will open for you.
