Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings will be secured only after proof of payment has been received by us.
2. No SWIFT transactions allowed.
3. All correspondence will be done via e-mail only. (No telephone bookings)
4. Check-in time 14H00, check-out time 11H00.

Cancellation Terms

Failure of the customer to arrive, or cancellations made 0 to 14 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 100% of the pre-payment.
Cancellations made 15 to 28 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 75% of the deposit or 25% of the booking quote value, whichever the greater.
Cancellations made 29 days or more prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 50% of the deposit or 25% of the booking total, whichever is the greater.
On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, including bank details, The Space Guest House will refund the applicable amount, within 3 working days.
The Space Guest House levies a 7% administration fee on any refunds processed.
Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R185 charge will be levied.

From OR Tambo (Johannesburg) International Airport

Driving from the airport, follow the R24 to Johannesburg. Then take the N3 to Johannesburg and follow the signs to the city on the M2 West. Driving on the M2 West (after Rissik Street off-ramp) take the M1 North (Sandton, Pretoria). From the M1 North, take the Empire Road off-ramp (R55). Then follow the signs to Auckland Park, keep in the middle lane of Empire Road.

Cross over Barry Hertzog Road and Millpark Holiday Inn will be on your left hand side. Continue up Empire Road (becomes Stanley Road) to the T-junction (SABC will be in front of you). At the T-junction, turn right into Annet Road which becomes Kingsway. At the third set of traffic lights turn right into Lothbury (the road on the left is called Cookham). Lothbury becomes Melville's 7th Street, so continue up Lothbury. Travel past the circle along with 1st Avenue Street (road will now become 7th Street). Drive past all the shops and restaurants, at the traffic light cross 4th Avenue. The Space Guest House is situated on the left hand side in the next block.
