Cancellation Policy
Fialure of the customer to arrive, or cancellations made 0 - 14 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 100% of the deposit. Cancellations made 15 - 28 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 75% of the deposit. Cancellations made 29 days or more prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 50% of the deposit. On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, Traveller's Joy will refund the applicable amount as determined by the cancellation terms of the establishment within 5 working days. Traveller's Joy levies at 5% administration fee on any refunds processed.

Take the first off-ramp into Colesberg. Turn right at the stop street and continue to the next stop. Cross straight over and continue until you reach our Big Church (approximately 1 km), follow the road to the far left and continue up the road (Ventershoek Street) for 300m and Traveller's Joy will be on your left with 4 white pillars and black sliding gates.
From Cape Town
Turn right into Colesberg off the N1 - opposite the Wimpy and Engen. Continue straight to a fourway stop, cross over and continue straigh (approximately 150 meters) until the road makes an almost 90 degree turn to the left. Traveller's Joy is about 5 houses down on the right with 4 white pillars and black sliding gates.
