General - Breakfast is non-refundable.

- A cancellation fee of one night’s contracted consideration will be applied if the booking is cancelled less than 48
hours prior to the expected arrival date.
- A full cancellation fee will be applied if the booking is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the expected arrival
date for reservations during the period 20 December - 05 January.
Children - Children under the age of 12 years (maximum 2) sharing with 2 adults are accommodated free of charge for
bed and breakfast.
- Children over 12 and under 16 years (maximum 2) per room sharing with two full-paying adults are charged
R400 per child per night, bed and breakfast.
- Children are accommodated on sleeper couches in most rooms and fold-away beds in some rooms.
- Children’s lunch and dinner charges: 0 - 2 = no charge, 3 - 11 = 50% of the normal price.
- An extensive Children’s Menu is available.
- Childminders, DVD’s, gift-bags on arrival, toys in the room, lists of “things to do” in all types of weather,
children’s bathrobes, prams, cots and everything else you will need for a baby are available.
Transfers - The hotel offers a complimentary scheduled transfer service to Camps Bay and the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront
between 8.00am and 8.00pm.
- Airport transfers, whether by car or helicopter, may be made with the reservations department. The Twelve
Apostles Heli Stop is situated behind the hotel and is a direct transfer to Cape Town International Airport.
