We need a 50% deposit on all bookings made.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of premature departure or no show we will charge for the full original booking. Cancellation 0 - 30 days before date of arrival, or no-show - visitor forfeits 100% of deposit paid. Cancellation 31 - 49 days before date of arrival - visitor forfeits 75% of deposit paid. Cancellation 50+ days before date of arrival - visitor forfeits 50% of deposit paid.
We levie a 7% administration fee on any refunds processed. Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R185 charge will be levied. Please make sure you have medical insurance because the same terms apply in case you need to cancel your booking because of medical reasons or hospitilisation.

Take R75 from Port Elizabeth to Jansenville / Kirkwood / Addo. Stay on the R75, pass Uitenhage. From the last Uitenhage north turn-off, follow the R75 to Jansenville for 12.3km. At the B&B Valley Bushveld sign turn left onto the Cockscomb gravel road, for 200 metres only, and turn left at the B&B Valley Bushveld sign. Open the gate and follow the road to the lodge.
“Our Best Trip EVER!”. On our recent trip to South Africa, we were fortunate enough to stumble upon Valley Bushveld country Lodge near Addo. We planned to experience African wild life and unwind after a manic year.
The accommodations at Valley Bushveld are superb. Luxury at its best. We feasted morning, noon and night. Don't miss out on the fillet steak and the pears in red wine are to die for! Thanks to bubbly Vanessa our every need was taken care of. You MUST go on a game drive with Kerneels. He is so knowledgeable and took us to a waterhole teaming with Elephant, warthog, zebra and loads of buck etc. We had so much fun, never stopped laughing and owners Vanessa & Kerneels made us feel that we were old friends. “Awesome, Amazing, Fantastic”. We spent 4 days with the family at the Valley Bushveld Country Lodge and it surpassed all expectations. Great setting, polite and courteous staff and delicious food. What a perfect position to get out to game view and just relax. We booked various trips with Vanessa and Kerneels and they were superb. The Lion reserve is an absolute 5 star experience. Fantastic hosts and again the food was the best we ever tasted in Africa. Well done Vanessa and Kerneels, we'll will be back... with friends and family. Robyn & Klara
