Terms and Conditions
50% deposit or credit card details are required to confirm booking.
Cancellation TermsIf you require a confirmed booking to be cancelled, the following policy comes into effect.
Less than 7 days, guest forfeit the full deposit.
From 7 - 14 days, guest forfeit 75% of the deposit.
From 14 - 21 days, guest forfeit 50% of the deposit.
From 21 - 28 days, guest forfeit 25% of the deposit.
No refunds on early departures.
Only on receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, Vergelegen will refund the applicable amount as determined by the cancellation terms, within 5 working days.
Vergelegen levies a 4.5% administration fee on any refunds processed. Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R185 charge will be levied.
Check in / outYour room will be ready for you from 15h00 pm. To give our staff time to clean and service the suites for the next guests, we kindly request you to check out before 11h00 am.
House RulesKindly note that all the suites and rooms are NON SMOKING. To guarantee the rest of all our guests, we reserve the right of admission.
PaymentsOn departure, you can settle your invoice either cash or by debit/credit card. Kindly note that we do not accept cheques unless bank guaranteed. We accept all major credit cards.
Price includesSuite or room, breakfast where applicable, 14% VAT, booking charges and tourism levy.
