Terms and Conditions

Rates are

- invoiced and payable in ZAR
- per suite per night sharing
- based on a maximum of 2 adults per suite and a maximum of 4 adults per two bedroom suite combinations
- inclusive of accommodation, full English breakfast, tourism levy and 14% VAT
- subject to change without prior notice

* We recommend a minimum stay of two nights throughout the year

Children Policy

* This policy applies to all persons from 0 up to and including 11 years old
* Children are accommodated by prior arrangement only
* Persons from 12 years and older are considered as adults and will be charged at the applicable rates
* Children not sharing with adults (occupying their own suite) will be charged at the normal suite rate

Pull out couches can accommodate a maximum of two children per pull out couch
0 - 3 Year old (sharing a suite with adults) may be accommodated in a cot at no additional cost and inclusive of breakfast, but subject to availability of cots
Cots can accommodate a maximum of one child per cot
4 - 11 Year old sharing suites containing a pull out couch with adults as the 3rd and/or 4th person(s) will be charged an additional rate of R300 per child per night
Children are welcome for breakfast in Flagship Restaurant and all other meals at Sails
Dinner at Flagship Restaurant, use of the gym and spa facilities is restricted to persons from 12 years and older
Child minding can be arranged by prior request

Travel Information Insurance

Transfers / Day Tours & Outside Activities

* Can be arranged with reservations on request at additional costs
* All transfers and day tours are handled by accredited car hire and charter companies

* Our Spa and Restaurant facilities are in great demand and we therefore, highly recommend that these facilities are pre-booked

Payment

* 25% Deposit will be required within 14 days of reservation being made
* Balance will be required 30 days prior to arrival
* Full pre payment will be required at the time of booking for reservations made within 30 days of arrival

Cancellations (Peak Season: 20 December - 10 January)

* Only written cancellations will be accepted. Ensure to receive an acknowledgment of cancellations from reservations
* 50% of fee if cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival
* 100% of fee if cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival

General

* Only written cancellations will be accepted. Ensure to receive an acknowledgment of cancellations from reservations
* 25% of fee if cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival
* 50% of fee if cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival
* 100% of fee if cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival

Group / Conference: Deposit, Payment and Cancellation

* This policy applies to bookings of five (5) or more suites

A minimum of a 2 night stay applies throughout the year

* A 10% non-refundable deposit may be requested at the time of booking in order to secure rooms, depending on the size of the group
* A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable 90 days prior to arrival
* A 100% non-refundable payment 60 days prior to arrival
* One (1) complimentary suite will be reserved for a groups greater than 10 suites

At the exit from George Airport turn right. Follow the road to the N2 Freeway. Turn left taking the N2 George. Bypass George and descend down Kaaimans Pass. Continue straight beyond Wilderness Village for approx 4km. Look out for a Caltex Filling Station on the right hand side of the N2. At this point turn right, continue beyond the traffic circle towards the sea. Drive through the arch on the left signed VIEWS, up the driveway to the Hotel entrance.

Use the N2 from Port Elizabeth in the direction of Cape Town. Bypass Plettenberg Bay, and drive through both Knysna and Sedgefield. 17 km past Sedgefield look out for a Caltex Filling Station on the left hand side. At this point turn left and continue beyond the traffic circle towards the sea. Drive through the arch on the left signed VIEWS, up the driveway to the Hotel entrance.

Use the N2 from Cape Town in the direction of Port Elizabeth. Bypass both Mosselbay and George. Descend down Kaaimans Pass to Wilderness village, continue on for approx 4km keeping a lookout for a Caltex Filling Station on the right hand side of the N2. At this point turn right, continue beyond the traffic circle towards the sea. Drive through the arch on the left signed VIEWS, up the driveway to the Hotel entrance.

Use the N1 from Johannesburg in the direction of Cape Town. At Colesberg keep left following the N10 to Middelburg. There keep right taking the N9 through Graaff Reinet to George. In George follow Langenhoven St, at the first traffic circle exit left. Continue past the Provincial Hospital. Continue straight through several stop streets. At the second traffic circle exit the 1st left into Knysna Rd. Continue through George passing the Garden Route Mall on the right to join the N2 from Cape Town. Descend down Kaaimans Pass. Continue straight beyond Wilderness Village for approx 4km keeping a lookout for a Caltex Filling Station on the right hand side of the N2.
