Payment Terms

50% deposit is required to secure bookings payable within 3 days.
Please fax proof of deposit.

Cancellation Policy

More than 21 days before arrival date, refund 80% of deposit.
6 - 20 days before arrival date, refund 60% of deposit.
5 days or less before arrival date, no refund.

An administration fee of R120.00 will be charged on any refunds.

Take the R21 from Johannesburg International Airport towards Boksburg for 6km. Turn left onto the N12 towards Witbank for 4km and then right over the freeway onto Atlas Road for 3km. At the Total garage turn left onto Racecourse Road, which merges into Sunnyside Road. Bear slightly right onto Sunnyside Road and Villa Victoria is at the end of Sunnyside on the left hand side on the corner, just before Edward Street.
