General Notes

1. Check in time is 2.00 p.m. and check out time 11.00 a.m.
2. Transfer rates available on request at additional cost.

Reservation, Payment & Cancellation Conditions

1. All reservations are made subject to Terms and Conditions of Business
2. Reservations are not secure until full deposit has been paid
3. Full accommodation payment (deposit) must be made 45 days prior to arrival
4. Bookings made at shorter notice must be confirmed by full payment within 48 hours.
5. Bookings cancelled 45 - 30 days prior to arrival, 25% of deposit will be forfeited
6. Bookings cancelled 30 - 21 days prior to arrival, 50% of deposit will be forfeited
7. Bookings cancelled 21 - 14 days prior to arrival, 75% of deposit will be forfeited
8. Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival, 100% of deposit will be forfeited
9. All refunds are subject to a 15% administration fee.
10. Bookings will be released automatically & without notification if these conditions are not met
11. All rates are exclusive of 14 % VAT

From Cape Town

Take the M3 from Cape Town until you reach the last off-ramp (you can't go any further) and at top of off-ramp turn left. Then at the T-junction turn right and you will now be driving on the M4. Proceed on the same road through Muizenburg, St James, Kalk Bay and Fish Hoek. At Fish Hoek circle turn left to Simon's Town. Continue through Glencairn and the village of Simon's Town past the Boulders Beach and the Simon's Town golf course. Watch out for the Cape times fresh Air Camp on the right hand side. We are situated immediately after the camp (the big white house, with steep driveway).
