Cancellation Policy

For non-arrivals (no shows), 100% of the total accommodation fee is payable.
For cancellation within 7 days (21 days in high season) of the expected arrival date,
guests will be liable for 50% of the accommodation costs should we be unable to re-let the rooms.

Methods of Payment Accepted

Location   6 Protea Street, Witsand, Western Cape

Keep on the N2 and travel for 3km on the Cape Town side of Heidelberg (Western Cape) where you will take the Witsand turn-off onto the R322. This is the only tarred road leading to Witsand. At the entrance of Witsand, turn left at the four-way stop, go straight to the beach front (3.5km) where the road turns to the left. Travel through the parking area. Follow the road straight through into Protea Road, we are the third house on the left hand side, lookout for our sign "Whale Watchers Inn".
